With over 13 years of financial experience (RECA licensed since March 2006), Candace has dedicated her business to specializing in rural real estate – an area under serviced by the larger brokerages until her incorporation in 2008. As someone who lives the acreage lifestyle, a rurally focused mortgage practice was a natural progression for Candace to best utilize her expertise and knowledge around these types of properties.
